# Finance Director — Health & Wellness Group, Dubai A growing Health & Wellness group is hiring a **Finance Director** in Dubai to take full ownership of finance across the business — from controls and compliance through to strategy, capital allocation, and getting the Group ready for audits, due diligence and future investment or sale. You'll operate as a strategic partner to the CEO, lead finance across multiple entities in the UAE and KSA, and build the systems, team and discipline needed for the next stage of growth. ## What you'll do - Partner with the CEO and leadership team on the Group's financial roadmap, scenario planning, and capital allocation decisions. - Own month-end close, reconciliations, management reporting, integrated financial models, annual budgets and rolling forecasts across all entities. - Ensure compliance across UAE VAT, KSA ZATCA, payroll, WPS, GOSI and other statutory obligations, and prepare the Group for audits and due diligence. - Lead cash flow planning, liquidity management, banking relationships, procurement strategy, CapEx planning and ROI tracking. - Own unit economics by branch, service line, course and product, and partner with Sales, Operations and Marketing on pricing and revenue strategy. - Design finance SOPs, internal controls and the systems roadmap (CRM, POS, HR, BI), and lead, mentor and develop the finance team. ## What you'll bring - Senior finance leadership experience with end-to-end ownership of strategy, accounting, controls and compliance. - Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction exposure — ideally across the UAE and KSA, including VAT and ZATCA. - A track record of preparing businesses for audits, due diligence, investment or sale readiness. - Strong commercial instincts: financial modelling, unit economics, pricing, CapEx and capital allocation. - Experience building internal controls, SOPs and finance systems integrations from the ground up. - Leadership credibility — able to act as a true strategic partner to a CEO and develop a finance team. ## What's on offer - Monthly salary of **AED 25,000–35,000**, depending on experience. - A senior, board-adjacent seat with genuine ownership of the finance function across UAE and KSA. - The chance to shape a Health & Wellness group through international expansion and investment readiness. ## Apply If this sounds like the next chapter for you, hit apply and share your CV — we'll take it from there. ## Highlights - Strategic partner to the CEO - End-to-end ownership across UAE & KSA - Prepare the Group for investment & sale readiness - AED 25,000–35,000 monthly - Lead, mentor and shape the finance function
