Today we are launching the Placr Client Portal, a completely reimagined experience for the hiring managers your agency serves. We built it from the ground up with a single goal: reduce the time between candidate submission and client feedback from days to minutes.
The Client Portal is accessed via magic link, so there are no passwords to remember and no accounts to create. When a recruiter submits candidates for a role, the hiring manager receives an email with a single button. One click opens a focused interface, carrying your agency's logo, that shows only what they need to make a decision.
Each candidate presentation shows their headline, location, seniority, key skills, and the strengths AI picked out of their CV. Hiring managers can accept, reject, or request an interview with a single click, and add a note saying why. Every decision is recorded against the candidate and written to the activity log, so the recruiter can see what was decided and when without chasing an email.
We also built structured feedback for after the interview. A hiring manager can record who interviewed the candidate and at which stage, give a rating out of five, set out strengths and concerns, and make a clear recommendation: advance, hold, or reject. Feedback arrives in a form your team can act on, instead of buried in a back-and-forth email chain.
