When Vincere is the better choice
Vincere might still be the right choice if you're deeply integrated into the Access Group ecosystem and use multiple Access products. It also has a longer track record with specific compliance and back-office integrations for the UK market. If your team is resistant to change and the current setup is working well enough, the cost of migration may not be justified.
There is no automated importer from Vincere yet. What Placr does today is bulk CV import: upload PDF and DOCX files and each one is parsed into a candidate record, with likely duplicates held for you to review. Contacts, companies, roles, placements, and notes are not imported automatically. Talk to us about what moving them would involve before you commit.
